Dropanion offers eBay dropshipping automation tools including product research, listing automation, title optimization, and smart fulfillment tracking. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

Accounts

You must be 18+ or have legal parental consent.
You are responsible for your account security.
You may not share your account.

Subscriptions & Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe.
Subscriptions are billed monthly.
New users may receive promotional pricing for their first month, then standard rates apply.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Acceptable Use

No illegal activities.
No reverse engineering or copying the Services.
No violations of eBay's or Amazon's terms while using Dropanion.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for third‑party platform actions (e.g., eBay or Amazon account actions), losses from user error, or any indirect/consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio.
